First and foremost, I extend my wholehearted gratitude for having me speak with you this week. I love doing these sessions, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so. Thank you for being an amazing audience. I understand that some of the new and interesting concepts we covered may not resonate with everyone, and that's okay. I encourage you to explore methods that suit you better, knowing that my aim was to provide a starting place.
During our session, we focused on how mindfulness can increase our awareness, helping us identify risks better—whether that’s a piece of equipment or a coworker who doesn’t appear to be in the right headspace. Having the courage to speak up and change a situation reduces this risk. Building out our support systems can help us when times are tough. Conversations can be hard, but they are necessary.
