During this one hour session I would love to take you with me on my journey from loosing my legs at the age of 15 to becoming a Paralympic gold medallist long jumper. I will share insights in how I was challenged by the loss of mobility, independence, and most of all the loss of believing in myself and my dreams through which I have learnt to understand the adversity always comes with a second face: the face of a great change, the change to adapt, to challenge our belief system and the chance to imagine everything that can be.
